Next Steps
ATTEND A SERVICE:
Gathering with others around worship and the word.
We gather Sunday mornings, 9am and 11am, at 506 St. James Ave. Goose Creek. Our Gatherings are great for anyone, no matter where you are in your relationship with God. In each Sunday Gathering we enjoy modern music, casual clothes, a fun environment for kids, and a relevant message of truth for all!
SALVATION:
Turning from our way and making Jesus our King and Savior.
Following Jesus is the beginning of the Christian faith, when someone turns from their way and begins to follow the way of Jesus as their king and savior. Salvation involves the redemption of the whole man, and is offered freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, who by His own blood obtained eternal redemption for the believer.
GET BAPTIZED:
Acknowledging our new life in Jesus with others.
Baptism is an outward sign of an inward reality, a tremendous celebration of what Jesus has done to transform a life! Baptism is the response to what Jesus has done in calling us to himself and should be done as soon as possible after salvation (Acts 8:36-38).We celebrate the ordinance of Baptism in obedience of what Jesus has commanded (Matthew 28-19-20), in remembrance of what God has done, and to identify with Christ in his death and resurrection (Romans 6:4-5).
JOIN A COMMUNITY GROUP:
Practicing how to abide in Christ and Engage the lost.
How do you make a Church feel like home, like a family? A Community Group is where we practice abiding and engaging with loving accountability. Community Groups are a community of people who are gathered together around a specific mission in our community. They meet weekly to build community, study Scripture, and serve the mission God has given them.

BECOME A PARTNER:
Committing to Creekside Church and accountability.
Since the beginning of the church, it has been made up of believers gathered and committed together (Acts 2:42-47). In partnership, we commit to furthering the vision of a local church, participating in the work of the church, and enjoying the fruit of loving accountability through community. In partnership, we gather together as the hands and feet of Jesus (1 Corinthians 12:12-20, Ephesians 4:15-16).
SERVE:
Helping others do the same.
Throughout the Gospels, Jesus displays a servant's heart and calls his disciples to do the same. While washing their feet, he says to them, "If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet" (John 13:14). We won't make you wash feet here at Creekside, but we do encourage you to serve in our various ministries. The best way to connect to a church family is to dive in!
